An individual recognition
The Baldrige Foundation selected PMO Partners President and CEO C. Richard Panico for a 2021 Foundation Award for Leadership Excellence. He was among 14 executives recognized that year for supporting the Baldrige Framework and the foundation’s mission.
Sharing the improvement journey
The source announcement described participation in Baldrige-related presentations, support for other organizations, and published lessons in performance excellence. It also referenced the firm’s 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. These are distinct recognitions: the 2021 item concerns Panico’s leadership award, while the 2018 honor concerned the organization. Both remain dated historical achievements.
