Making comfort tangible
At its annual strategy kickoff, PMO Partners invited employees to turn craft supplies into gifts for community organizations. Teams created 56 stuffed animals for Samaritan’s Purse and its Operation Christmas Child program, using socks, felt, buttons, and a shared willingness to improvise.
A personal touch for meal deliveries
Employees also decorated 205 lunch bags for Meals on Wheels and folded 143 origami cranes to accompany them. Notes, jokes, and colorful designs added a small expression of care to deliveries supporting older adults facing hunger or isolation.
The company supplemented the handmade donations with financial contributions and proceeds from an employee raffle. Published in March 2026, this community archive reflects a specific employee service activity and the collaborative culture behind it.
