Challenge

A pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs group provided inconsistent guidance through multiple contacts. Leaders wanted a coordinated, proactive function with a clearer interface to product teams, supported by changes to organization, process, and technology.

Response

PMO Partners replaced a static activity list with an integrated plan covering dependencies, resources, roles, risks, and adoption. Training discussions, regular leadership conversations, and surveys gave employees opportunities to understand and shape the transition. A dashboard tracked the uptake of new practices.

Outcome

The model rolled out on schedule and staff survey feedback was more than 95 percent favorable. Better planning allowed the team to reduce implementation headcount while meeting key milestones. The source reported stronger support for the new model rather than a quantified long-term commercial return.

An edited client story. Outcomes and figures describe the reported engagement, rather than a promise of results for another organization.
