The Chicago Tribune named PMO Partners a 2023 Top Workplace. The company ranked twentieth among 105 small employers with fewer than 250 employees, following recognition in 2022. Energage administered the employee survey, which reached almost 108,000 workers in the Chicago area.
Culture seen through employee feedback
The survey examined engagement, trust in company direction, respect, support, empowerment, and development. Comments described collaborative work, shared values, opportunities to learn, and a sense that employee contributions could make a difference.
