Generosity in action
PMO Partners employees turned a friendly competition into an opportunity to support their communities. Contributions ranged from helping local businesses and donating household items to cleaning a nature preserve, mentoring students, and joining the 20-mile Chicago Veterans Ruck March.
Community organizations benefit
Employees who recorded at least five acts of kindness entered a drawing to direct company donations. The three selected organizations were El Valor, Communities 4 Communities, and Visitation Church in Illinois. Their work spans disability services, refugee support, and parish outreach. The challenge reflects the team’s continuing commitment to practical, employee-led philanthropy.
