Recovering and protecting habitat
Los Angeles volunteers helped restore fire-damaged areas of Angeles National Forest, including watering and mulching seedlings. Chicago colleagues supported Forest Preserve District of Cook County workdays, restoring savanna and removing invasive plants to help native oaks thrive.
Contributing locally
Other PMO Partners teams helped maintain outdoor and garden spaces, participated in invasive-species removal, and supported the St. Louis Earth Day Festival through programs, recycling assistance, and bicycle parking.
