Challenge
A laboratory system processing more than 4.5 million tests annually needed greater throughput while maintaining quality and service. Expansion required replacing more than 180 pieces of equipment across thirty sites and installing a new core-lab automation line.

PMO Partners assessed capacity and managed scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication. The team coordinated site preparation, analyzer commissioning, staff training, testing, and laboratory information system validation. Lessons from early installations improved later deployments.
Outcome
The one-year program finished on time with minimal disruption to productivity. The core laboratory became a showcase site for the equipment provider. Structured coordination allowed the network to improve its operating capability while continuing work essential to patient care.
