A conservation focus
PMO Partners’ 2024 environmental initiative brought employees into practical restoration work. New Jersey colleagues helped with a cleanup, while St. Louis volunteers removed invasive honeysuckle along St. Vincent Greenway.
Local work, shared purpose
Minneapolis volunteers collected native wildflower seeds for prairie restoration. San Francisco colleagues joined California Coastal Cleanup Day, and Boston participants supported seasonal work at Mass Audubon’s Drumlin Farm. Chicago colleagues helped a community garden supplying food pantries and low-income seniors. The activities formed part of an employee-led quarterly philanthropy program, with each location finding ways to contribute to its surrounding environment.
