Support along the food chain
PMO Partners’ 2022 initiative focused on growing, gathering, and distributing food. Teams contributed labor and donations through organizations connecting local production with community need.
Hands-on contributions
Los Angeles volunteers worked with Food Forward to collect approximately 1,000 pounds of oranges that could be redirected to food banks. Minneapolis colleagues packed meals for Feed My Starving Children. Other teams helped prepare growing spaces through planting, weeding, and soil work. The effort linked immediate hunger relief with support for productive farms and gardens. It is retained as a record of the quarter’s activities, rather than a claim about current volunteer schedules.
