Challenge
A startup developing a cancer therapy relied on seven full-time employees and an extensive network of consultants, CROs, and CMOs. Multiple trials, countries, and time zones complicated an aggressive development and launch-readiness schedule.
Response
PMO Partners integrated subproject activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path work. It established risk and communication plans and facilitated course corrections. A tool examining 4,500 records helped identify discrepancies between two CRO patient databases so the partners could reconcile them.
Outcome
The source reports stronger coordination and progress toward the client’s first NDA submission. It does not establish completed submission or regulatory approval. The demonstrated value was a shared execution framework that made dependencies, risks, and third-party responsibilities visible across a small but widely distributed development organization.
An edited client story. Outcomes and figures describe the reported engagement, rather than a promise of results for another organization.
