Challenge
A pharmaceutical company relied on a global CRO and multiple vendors for Phase I and II biosimilar trials. Poorly defined governance, dispersed teams, delays, and eroding trust threatened budget and quality.
Response
PMO Partners established strategic and functional governance, issue escalation, clear responsibilities, and an end-to-end workflow. It improved contract and budget processes, facilitated risk planning, and introduced dashboards and consistent communication practices.
Outcome
The alliance completed one trial and regulatory submissions for two other molecules in multiple countries. The case reports stronger communication, trust, schedule adherence, and budget oversight. Repeatable methods positioned the partnership for further work without implying that every asset had achieved approval or commercial success.
