An employee connection becomes a national effort
A colleague’s teenage son introduced PMO Partners to Beyond Blindness after volunteering there through a school club. That connection inspired a quarter of philanthropy focused on people who are blind or visually impaired.
Practical help across communities
Los Angeles volunteers assembled 175 Easter bags and tactile greeting cards. San Francisco colleagues prepared 80 bags for guide-dog puppies and trainers. Other teams supported fundraisers, maintained gardens, helped at community events, and contributed to organizations including the Carroll Center for the Blind, Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey, and Vision Loss Resources. The activities brought time and attention to organizations helping people build skills, confidence, and independence.
