The award
PMO Partners received the 2017 ILPEx Gold Award for Achievement of Excellence, announced in January 2018. The program recognized Illinois organizations demonstrating effective, integrated approaches to continuous improvement.
The basis for recognition
Recipients were assessed on repeatable improvement processes, evaluation, and measures connecting operating performance with strategic goals. The source noted that 13 Gold Awards had been granted from more than 270 applicants since 1994. Those figures describe the program’s history at the announcement date. This state-level honor preceded the company’s 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and remains a separate achievement.
