Employee-led assessment
The study drew on feedback from more than 357,000 consulting and professional-services employees. Questions covered work experience, meaningful contribution, pride, leadership trust, and the ability to contribute. This archive preserves the award’s date and method. It does not convert a historical workplace survey into a present-day measure or combine separate years into a single continuous ranking.
