2020 recognition archive
PMO Partners placed seventh among small and medium employers on Great Place to Work’s 2020 Best Workplaces in Chicago list. The regional program drew on 27,000 anonymous surveys and recognized 80 companies across size categories.
What the survey captured
At the company, 95% of employees said it was a great place to work. Reported results also showed 99% felt good about community contributions and the welcome extended to new colleagues.
The original announcement noted that the survey preceded the pandemic. Its findings therefore describe that survey period, rather than employee experience after later changes. The archive preserves the date and context of the ranking and the stated emphasis on trust and a caring culture.
