PMO Partners moved from 53rd in 2020 to 30th in Crain’s Chicago Business’s 2021 Best Places to Work list. It also placed third in the midsize category, covering employers with 100–249 employees.
How the assessment worked
Anonymous employee responses contributed 75 percent of the score, with benefits, policies, and other employer information providing the remainder. The announcement credited shared trust, quality, and creative efforts to stay connected during the previous year’s disruption. These results describe the 2021 ranking and should be read in that historical context.
