2024 recognition archive
The Chicago Tribune included PMO Partners among its 2024 Top Workplaces, based on employee surveys administered by Energage. The company placed 37th among 79 small employers with fewer than 250 employees and received the recognition for a third qualifying year.
What the survey considered
Employees assessed leadership trust, organizational direction, respect, support, development, compensation, and work-life balance. Across the metropolitan program, 158 employers were recognized; more than 6,800 companies were invited and surveys reached over 116,000 employees.
The November 2024 announcement also noted Culture Excellence recognition in appreciation, well-being, and professional development. These are historical awards tied to the stated program year, rather than a claim about a current ranking.
