At the April 2022 conference, PMO Partners Baldrige lead Larry Meyer discussed how project-management practices can support a performance-excellence journey. Topics included clear goals, business alignment, communication, realistic schedules, appropriate resources, and executive support.
Applying the learning beyond an award
The firm received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2018 and used the process to strengthen ongoing improvement. Meyer’s session extended those lessons to other recipients and applicants, including the work required to act on feedback. The archive separates the 2018 award from the later 2022 speaking engagement.
