Senior Consultant Jon Merrick led PMO Partners’ 2025 adaptive-sports philanthropy theme, drawing on family experience and his work coaching wheelchair basketball. The initiative focused on the confidence, community, and teamwork that sport can make possible.
Support behind the event
Los Angeles volunteers helped run a wheelchair-tennis event with Angel City Sports, setting up equipment, assisting during matches, and packing equipment afterward. Other local efforts supported adaptive athletics and Special Olympics programs. The employee-led quarterly initiative brought colleagues into practical roles that helped athletes participate, while creating opportunities to learn directly from the communities they served.
