Individual employee surveys contributed 75 percent of the score. An assessment of workplace policies, practices, and demographics contributed 25 percent. The source connected the recognition with the firm’s values-based workplace culture. This archive retains the exact year and position so readers can distinguish it from later appearances and separate survey programs. It does not present the historical result as a current ranking.
