Challenge

A blood-testing-device manufacturer had less than a month before an ISO 13485 audit. Its 26 quality procedures existed, but the team struggled to show how responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and external parties fit together.

Response

PMO Partners facilitated cross-functional workshops in which procedure owners explained and mapped their interactions. The resulting visual structure linked production, development, administrative, improvement, and supporting processes in a navigable model. It also incorporated customers, contract manufacturers, and regulatory agencies.

Outcome

The completed map helped orient the auditor and became a training aid for employees. The source reports that the company passed the audit and began selling in Europe. This is a historical client result, not a current certification claim for PMO Partners.

An edited client story. Outcomes and figures describe the reported engagement, rather than a promise of results for another organization.
