Challenge
A pharmaceutical company wanted to reduce confusion and inefficiency in ethics-compliance processes across business units. Cultural barriers and functional silos made a consistent approach difficult.
Response
PMO Partners interviewed stakeholders, mapped activities, and compared requirements across functions. The analysis found thirty processes and twenty-two forms and recommended reducing each by approximately half. Facilitated workshops made dependencies visible and built shared ownership of the proposed changes.
Expected outcome
The source projected a 10–20 percent reduction in documentation time, 70–85 percent improvement in training and processing time, 80–90 percent less paper handling, and 25–50 percent more knowledge sharing. These were expected benefits from recommendations, not verified realized results. The clearer visual model gave the company a stronger basis for implementation and communication.
