Aby Shaughnessy leads PMO Partners’ human resources activities, policies, and programs. Working with senior management, she develops near-term and long-term people strategies that support the business while protecting the culture and helping employees succeed in their responsibilities.
Her background includes more than twenty years of progressive HR experience, alongside administration and project management. She brings particular interest in conflict resolution, practical problem-solving, and balanced solutions. Aby earned a business management degree from Northern Illinois University with a focus on human resource management and psychology. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
