Amber Monaghan leads Chicago-based consultants at PMO Partners, with a focus on process excellence, optimization, and change management. Since joining in 2011, she has worked across life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial products on regulatory, commercialization, technology, and portfolio initiatives.
Amber co-leads the Change Management Center of Excellence and the Culture Connection initiative. Her earlier work included telecommunications and facility-redesign consulting for the U.S. Department of Defense, following service as a U.S. Army Sergeant. She earned a degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois and holds Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt credentials.
