Brian Donovan serves clients from PMO Partners’ St. Louis office, with experience in product development, regulatory submissions, medical-device remediation, and operational excellence. He joined the firm in 2018, progressed through consulting roles, and became a director in 2022.
Before consulting, Brian spent ten years in U.S. Army leadership and command roles focused on strategy, planning, and risk. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Saint Louis University and an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville. His credentials include Project Management Professional and SAFe 6 Scrum Master, connecting his leadership background with both structured and Agile delivery approaches.
