C. Richard Panico founded the business now known as PMO Partners in 1988 after fifteen years at Johnson & Johnson. His earlier career in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and senior operations leadership shaped a belief in disciplined execution, strong teams, and relationships built on honesty and trust.
Rich has led the company with a long-term ambition to endure for a century and beyond. His work and speaking focus on ethical leadership, organizational culture, and strategy execution. Recognition includes the 2010 William C. Pollard Award for Business Ethics, induction into the University of Illinois Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2011, and DePaul’s inaugural Corporate Ethics and Excellence award in 2013.
