Carl Manthe brings more than thirty years of complex-project leadership to PMO Partners’ Los Angeles office. His work spans product development, operating-process improvement, change management, capital expansion, quality, portfolio management, and integration in U.S. and international settings.
His sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, medical devices, entertainment, steel, manufacturing, and retail. Carl holds a Kellogg MBA and credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional. He has also served on the board of the Southern California chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals. He brings a broad perspective to helping teams work through demanding changes and difficult program conditions.
