Cionne Manning leads the PMO Partners team responsible for organizational training, knowledge management, and program and project practices. She also leads the Strategy Realization Office, facilitating internal business planning and managing the company’s strategic portfolio.
Her background includes more than a decade of program and project management and cross-functional leadership, with strengths in strategic facilitation, business-process improvement, and portfolio management. Cionne holds a PhD and master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Beloit College. She is a certified Project Management Professional, bringing a research-informed and structured perspective to organizational improvement.
