Eni Bica leads a Boston-based PMO Partners team serving life sciences organizations. Her consulting work includes technology implementation, project and portfolio management practices, and operational improvement. She combines attention to delivery with an emphasis on a positive team culture and strong client service.
Her earlier experience includes eleven years leading cross-functional medical-device work across product introduction, regulatory submissions, manufacturing, and operations. Eni holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a graduate degree in Project Management from Boston University. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
