Jennifer Williams leads a St. Louis consulting team at PMO Partners. Her experience includes more than twenty years of product and project leadership, with particular depth in product development, process improvement, and stakeholder management for pharmaceutical, medical-device, and healthcare organizations.
Before consulting, Jennifer worked as an R&D scientist and global product manager in commercial life sciences. She brings that combination of scientific and commercial experience to building teams and organizational cultures aligned with strategic goals. Jennifer holds a biology degree from Millikin University and certifications as a Project Management Professional and Organizational Development Certified Professional.
