JoAnn “Jo” Jackson investigates and develops strategies to support PMO Partners’ ambition to endure for a century and beyond. A founding colleague, she helped establish the business in 1988 and served as Chief Financial Officer until transferring that responsibility to Timothy Czech in 2015.
Jo’s earlier career included ten years at a Johnson & Johnson division, culminating as Plant Controller, followed by independent accounting work. Her experience spans the financial and administrative foundations of a growing organization. She holds a BS and MBA from Eastern Illinois University. Beyond the office, her interests include family, fitness, church service, and participation on the board of Everest Academy Lemont.
