Kristin Kinscherff leads PMO Partners’ Product Development and Lifecycle Management practice from St. Louis. She joined the firm in 2011 as a consultant and advanced through senior consulting and leadership roles before becoming a managing director in 2025.
Her experience spans more than fifteen years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device development and commercialization. She has worked across strategy execution, cross-functional leadership, regulatory submissions and compliance, manufacturing, and project management, including earlier roles at biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Kristin holds an ACS chemistry degree from Southern Illinois University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
