Marcell Reid leads a Chicago-based PMO Partners consulting team and contributes to the Business Technology Center of Excellence. His work connects project delivery with clients’ wider strategic goals and draws on experience in operations, supply chain, supplier quality, and program management.
Before joining the firm in 2017, Marcell spent more than twenty-five years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, devices, and healthcare. He has supported ERP implementations in several organizations. Marcell earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional, bringing engineering and commercial perspectives to complex business change.
