Milind Nagale leads PMO Partners’ Eastern Region and Medical Technology Industry practice. His responsibilities connect strategic leadership, growth, and operations across Boston and New Jersey, bringing together consulting delivery, marketing, and business development around client needs.
He has more than twenty-five years of experience in research, development, and cross-functional program leadership across academia, life sciences, and healthcare. Milind is particularly interested in the development of new therapies and in helping teams deliver products around user needs. He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Babson College.
