Monroe Hatch brings more than thirty years of general management and consulting experience to PMO Partners. A pharmaceuticals and biotechnology specialist, he has held leadership roles across business and sales operations, operational excellence, manufacturing, and product development.
His client work includes strategy development and execution, development frameworks, project and portfolio management, and customer satisfaction for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, and healthcare organizations. Monroe combines process-improvement knowledge with an understanding of the operational choices behind strategic initiatives. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Virginia and certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
