Robert “Rob” Secchi is a director in PMO Partners’ San Francisco office. He leads cross-functional work in product development and process improvement, with experience spanning life sciences, connected technology, food and beverage, and consumer products.
His seventeen years in pharmaceuticals include roles with Roche, Johnson & Johnson, and smaller Bay Area biotechnology organizations. He has contributed to the development of therapeutics addressing neurological, cardiovascular, blood, immune, and pain conditions. Rob earned a BS in Biology from Santa Clara University and is a certified Project Management Professional. His broad industry background supports a practical view of how teams and operating processes connect.
