Ruba Hadidi oversees engagement quality and consultant development within PMO Partners’ Operational Excellence practice. Her experience includes leadership in business operations, manufacturing, process improvement, and product development across both management and consulting roles.
She has worked with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, and consumer-products organizations on early development, lifecycle management, strategy execution, and project and portfolio practices. Ruba brings manufacturing and process-engineering depth to the coordination of complex business initiatives. She holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Biomechanics from Cornell University, alongside Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management Professional credentials.
