Scott Crosson leads a PMO Partners consulting team in Boston, helping life sciences organizations coordinate complex and strategically important initiatives. His experience includes more than twelve years supporting the sector, from medical-device introduction and operations to pharmaceutical process improvement and regulatory submissions in the U.S. and Europe.
Scott also brings business development, account management, and team-leadership experience. That combination connects the requirements of delivery with a wider understanding of client relationships and business priorities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and holds Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt credentials.
